Acupuncture Treatment for PTSD
PTSD symptoms can be extensive or hidden. If somebody you know is having trouble with a traumatic incident in their life, there is Help!! Many studies have found Acupuncture to be an effective form of treatment for symptoms of PTSD. The NADA protocol is an auricular (ear) acupuncture method that has been used in the treatment of Addiction, Mental Emotional Disorders and Acute and Chronic Pain. This protocol has been proven to be effective in a clinical setting and is being used by Alcohol and Drug treatment centers around the world. More recently, Acupuncture has been introduced by the Military to treat disorders stemming from PTSD and Pain due to combat.
It’s time to take care of the people who suffer from a disorder that many are unaware of. PTSD is a serious but treatable problem. The use of acupuncture needs to be introduced to the masses.
